Próximo Contact Center & BPO is looking for a skilled Backend PHP Developer to join our international team and contribute to challenging and innovative projects. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about clean, efficient code and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

• Develop and interact robust backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Contribute ideas to improve system architecture and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software.

Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in PHP backend development.
• Experience working on different PHP frameworks, preferably Lithium 3, Laravel and/or Symfony.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• English: C1 or above - Advanced Technical English.

What's nice to have:

• Experience working with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with leadership roles (team leader, project manager)
• Frontend knowledge.
• Familiar with version control.
